  Southeastern Callaway County in central Missouri...
  Northeastern Osage County in central Missouri...
  West Central Lincoln County in east central Missouri...
  Montgomery County in east central Missouri...
  Northwestern Warren County in east central Missouri...

* Until 1030 AM CDT Friday.

* At 428 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

  Montgomery City, New Florence, Jonesburg, Chamois, Bellflower, Big 
  Spring, Mineola, Buell, High Hill, Mokane, Rhineland, Morrison,

MORNING FOR SOUTHEASTERN CALLAWAY AND NORTHEASTERN OSAGE COUNTIES IN 
CENTRAL MISSOURI AND WEST CENTRAL LINCOLN, MONTGOMERY AND 
NORTHWESTERN WARREN COUNTIES IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI...

At 637 AM CDT, Emergency management reported flash flooding across 
the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. 
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the 
warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring!
