At 816 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms
producing flash flooding across the warned area. Numerous county
roads have been flooded or closed. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
have fallen. While the heaviest rains have ended, light to moderate
rain will contribute to another half inch or inch of rain over the
next several hours.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
