At 642 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Numerous roads across
the county are flooded, including portions of the Cumberland Parkway
and U.S. 31 East. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
