* Until 445 AM CDT.
    
* At 422 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Jean Lafitte, or 8 miles south of Marrero, moving
  east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

At 430 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Jean Lafitte, or 7 miles south of Marrero, moving
east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.
