* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southwestern Custer County in central Nebraska...

* Until 500 PM CDT.

* At 417 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles southwest
  of Callaway, or 27 miles southwest of Broken Bow, moving northeast
  at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Callaway, Etna, Lodi and Milldale.

 Highway 2 near mile marker 277.

FOR SOUTHWESTERN CUSTER COUNTY...

At 447 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Callaway, or 13
miles west of Broken Bow, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR SOUTHWESTERN CUSTER COUNTY HAS
EXPIRED...
                
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning has been allowed to expire.  However small
hail and gusty winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for
central Nebraska.
