* At 9:30 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 14.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this afternoon to
24.4 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late
tonight to 5.9 feet and begin rising again early Wednesday
morning. It will rise to 6.2 feet Wednesday morning. It will then
fall again and remain below flood stage.
* Impact...At 25.0 feet, Flooding begins in some basements.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 24.3
feet on 12/31/1969.
