  Southern Bell County in southeastern Kentucky...
  Southwestern Harlan County in southeastern Kentucky...
  Southwestern Knox County in southeastern Kentucky...

* Until 700 AM EDT.

* At 309 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of 
  rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Pineville, Wasioto, East Pineville, Straight Creek, Wallsend, 
  Ponza, Ferndale, Clear Creek Springs, Cary, Calvin, Arjay, 
  Meldrum, Fourmile, Varilla, Kettle Island, Miracle, Hutch, Ingram, 
  Flat Lick and Callaway.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Flooding is likely ongoing in multiple areas across the warned area 
and additional instances of flooding are possible over the next 
couple of hours as additional rainfall runs off. Therefore, the
