...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Steuben, northeastern
Noble, northern De Kalb, eastern Lagrange, Branch, Hillsdale and
western Williams Counties through MIDNIGHT EDT...

At 1130 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Burlington to near Bronson to near Topeka.
Movement was east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Coldwater around 1140 PM EDT.
  Kendallville, Fremont and Quincy around 1145 PM EDT.
  Litchfield around 1150 PM EDT.
