  Eastern Randolph County in east central Indiana...

* Until 1100 PM EDT.

* At 1027 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Winchester,
  or 16 miles south of Portland, moving southeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.
