...The National Weather Service in Indianapolis IN has issued a 
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...

  Mississinewa River near Ridgeville affecting Delaware and 
  Randolph Counties.

.Rainfall amounts up to an inch and a half over the last 24 hours 
will produce minor flooding along the Mississinewa rivers. River 
flooding should by 9 AM this morning and end just before Noon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law 
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National 
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

* Flood Warning for
  the Mississinewa River near Ridgeville.
* From this morning to this afternoon.
* At 8:00 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 9.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.3 feet 
  late this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late this 
  morning.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet, Mississinewa River banks about one mile 
  east of Ridgeville and in other areas begin to overflow at this 
  level.
