The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northwestern Sangamon County in central Illinois...
  East central Morgan County in west central Illinois...

* Until 245 PM CDT.
    
* At 216 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Alexander, or 12 miles east of Jacksonville,
  moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Pleasant Plains around 230 PM CDT.
