* At 443 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Farmer City,
  or 16 miles north of Monticello, moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
