* At 613 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Jamestown,
  moving southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind 
           damage to trees and power lines.

  Washington Court House, Wilmington, Sabina, Jamestown, New Jasper,
  Staunton, Bowersville, Port William, Milledgeville, Octa,
  Paintersville, Melvin, Rosemoor, Bloomington, Jasper Mills, Lees

southeast at 25 mph.

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However gusty
winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.
