  Fall River at Fredonia affecting Wilson County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two 
feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't 
drown.

* At 2:01 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 11.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early 
  this morning to a crest of 28.5 feet this afternoon. It will then 
  fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight.
* Impact...At 29.0 feet, Flood waters reach within 50 feet of 
  residential homes along the south bank located 1 mile south of 
  Fredonia off of Highway 96.

  the Fall River at Fredonia.
* Until early tomorrow afternoon.
* At 8:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 21.6 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 27.7 feet 
  this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after 
  midnight tonight.
* Impact...At 27.0 feet, Flood waters begin to encroach on 
  residential homes and floods half of yards along the south bank of 
  river located 1 mile south of Fredonia off of Highway 96.

* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late 
  this evening and continue falling to 3.1 feet early Thursday 
  afternoon.
* Impact...At 17.0 feet, flood waters backup into residential yards 
  located 1 mile south of Fredonia near the gage site off of Highway 
  96. Expect bank overflows on both banks.
