  Southwestern Stephens County in north central Texas...

* Until 430 PM CDT.

* At 123 PM CDT, emergency management reported flooding due to 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain along Highway 180 near 
  Breckenridge leading to some road closures in the area. Between 1 
  and 2 inches of rain has fallen over the last hour. Flash flooding 
  is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Emergency management.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
           poor drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
