* At 950 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain over the Goodwin Fire scar. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches
of rain have fallen in less than an hour. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life-threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding in and around the Goodwin
Fire scar.

feet. Light rain continues at this time but water levels should
continue to recede over the next 45 minutes.
