* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southern Dodge County in central Georgia...
  Western Telfair County in central Georgia...
  Southeastern Wilcox County in central Georgia...

* Until 130 PM EDT Friday.

* At 720 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Abbeville, Rochelle, Milan, Rhine, Chauncey, Jacksonville, 
  Temperance, Browning, China Hill, Antioch Church, Achord and 
  Owensboro.

TELFAIR AND SOUTHEASTERN WILCOX COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended and Flash Flooding is no longer expected to 
pose a threat, however lingering areal flooding may continue around 
the area due to run off in combination with overly saturated soils. 
Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
