...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN WAYNE COUNTY...

At 103 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Lyons, or 10
miles north of Waterloo, moving east at 25 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
storm.
