* Until 515 PM EDT.

* At 216 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

AFTERNOON FOR NORTHWESTERN ERIE COUNTY...

At 310 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms earlier this 
afternoon produced heavy rain across Grand Island. Between 2.5 and 
3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Rain has recently tapered off, but 
excessive runoff may still produce flash flooding.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
