* At 924 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles west of
  Cedar Point State Park, or 27 miles northwest of Watertown, moving
  east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Watertown, Fort Drum, West Carthage, Clayton, Dexter, Glen Park,
