...AN AREA OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SOUTHERN LIVINGSTON
COUNTY...
At 813 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were clustered near Dansville,
moving southeast at 20 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with this storm.
Locations impacted include...
Dansville, Groveland, Springwater, Ossian and Ossian Center.
This includes Interstate 390 between exits 4 and 5.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. This area of storms has a history of generating
an inch to an inch and a half of rain for sites upstream in a 30
minute period of time. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
