Warning for the following rivers in New York...

  Genesee River At Wellsville affecting Wyoming, Livingston and 
  Allegany Counties.

For the Genesee River...including Wellsville...Minor flooding is 
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

* Flood Warning for
  the Genesee River At Wellsville.
* Until this afternoon.
* At 6:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this 
  morning to a crest of 11.1 feet this morning. It will then fall 
  below flood stage late this morning.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet, Flood stage, banks overflow and begin to 
  flood lowlying areas outside the levees in places such as Scio and 
  Whitesville. Minor damages.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 11.1 
  feet on 01/13/2017.
