* Flood Warning for Small stream in...
  Southeastern Chautauqua County in western New York...

* Until 1045 PM EDT.

* At 449 PM EDT, Heavy rain of 2 to 4 inches has resulted in rapid 
  rises Chadakoin River that traverses through Falconer and 
  Jamestown. Current stage is 4.2 and rising on the Chadakoin River. 
  Minor flooding is occuring in low lying areas in the warned area. 
  Moderate flooding will occur when Chadakoin River reaches 4.5 
  inches.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Jamestown and Falconer.
