Warning for the following rivers in Alabama...

  Coosa River At Gadsden affecting Cherokee, Etowah, Calhoun and 
  St. Clair Counties.

.Heavy rainfall of three to five inches has occurred since Thursday 
morning over the Coosa River basin and a flood warning is now in 
effect for the Coosa River  .

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Another statement will be issued by Friday afternoon, or sooner if 
conditions warrant.
