.Heavy rainfall of 3 to 5 inches has occurred over the past 24 hours
over the Black Warrior River basin including the Locust Fork and a
flood warning is now in effect for the area around Sayre.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
