This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the counties served by the
National Weather Service office in Birmingham.

.DAY ONE...Outlook through Tonight.

Severe thunderstorms are possible today through 9 PM this evening
across Central Alabama. Damaging winds and large hail are the main
threats. A brief tornado cannot be ruled out.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Severe thunderstorms are likely Wednesday afternoon into early
Thursday morning. Threats include strong tornadoes, large hail up to
golf ball size, and damaging winds up to 80 mph. Stay tuned for
forecast updates.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Activation of storm spotters and emergency management may be needed
today and this evening and again on Wednesday into the pre-dawn hours
on Thursday. Please follow all local, state, and CDC guidelines in
regards to travel.
