  Northwestern Beaver County in the Panhandle of Oklahoma...
  Northeastern Texas County in the Panhandle of Oklahoma...

* Until 1015 PM CDT.
    
* At 947 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Turpin, or 11 miles south of Liberal, moving
  northeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

NORTHWESTERN BEAVER AND EAST CENTRAL TEXAS COUNTIES...
    
At 955 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 4 miles northwest of Boyd, or 20 miles west of Beaver,
moving northeast at 65 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area.
