  Southeastern Texas County in the Panhandle of Oklahoma...

* Until 945 PM CDT.
    
* At 912 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 5 miles west of Hardesty, or 10 miles east of Guymon,
  moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

was located 5 miles southwest of Adams, or 18 miles east of Guymon,
moving northeast at 40 mph.
