was located 4 miles west of Hooker, or 16 miles northeast of
Guymon, moving northeast at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
