.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHWEST COAST...
A 1018 mb low near Port Clarence will move to near Nome as a 1029
mb low by 3pm Sat, then weaken Sat night. A strong low south of
Shemya will 976 MB low southwest of Shemya will move over into 
the Western Bering Sea tonight then move west. A weather front
associate with this second low will move to the Central Bering
Sea by 3am Sun, and to the Northern Bering Sea on Mon.
