At 1008 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Kranzburg, or
9 miles east of Watertown, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 1001 AM CDT, 75 mph winds were 
         reported at the Watertown Airport.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile 
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
