The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Craig County in northeastern Oklahoma...
  Nowata County in northeastern Oklahoma...

* Until 115 PM CDT.

* At 913 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimates that between 
  two and four inches of rain has already fallen last night into 
  this morning across central Nowata and western Craig counties. 
  Another band of heavy rain producing thunderstorms is approaching 
  from the northwest and will likely move over this region. This 
  additional heavy rainfall will likely lead to some flash flooding.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other 
           drainage and low lying areas.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 PM CDT FOR
CRAIG AND NOWATA COUNTIES...

At 1053 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain has 
ended across the warned area, though light to moderate rain 
continues. However, radar estimates that between 3 and 4 inches of 
rain has fallen since last night, thus flash flood potential remains 
high.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
