  was located over Seneca, or 12 miles southeast of Baxter Springs,
  moving northeast at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However gusty
winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until midnight CST for southwestern
Missouri.

Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for
portions of Newton County.
