Scattered to numerous showers and a few thunderstorms are expected
Monday through Wednesday, with isolated to scattered thunderstorms
possible Thursday through Saturday. An isolated strong to severe
thunderstorm will be possible each day, mainly during the afternoon
and evening.

At 521 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were clustered over Baldwin, or
near West Jefferson, moving northeast at 30 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with this storm.

storm.
