threats.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Scattered to numerous showers and a few thunderstorms are expected
Monday through Wednesday, with isolated to scattered thunderstorms
possible Thursday through Saturday. An isolated strong to severe
thunderstorm will be possible each day, mainly during the afternoon
and evening.

HENRY...NORTHEASTERN PATRICK AND SOUTHERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES...

At 209 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Endicott, or 8
miles southwest of Ferrum, moving northeast at 30 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

At 238 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Centenary, or 9
miles north of Buckingham, moving northeast at 35 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
New Canton...
and Centenary.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
