NORTHEASTERN SCOTT AND SOUTHEASTERN CARVER COUNTIES... At 242 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Carver, or 22 miles southwest of Minneapolis, moving east at 20 mph. Winds in excess of 30 mph and dime size hail are possible with this storm. Locations impacted include...
