* At 614 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated bands of rain showers
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Many locations have
received between 3 and 6 inches of rain, with localized totals
around 7 inches in the past 24 hours. Additional rainfall amounts
between 1 and 2 inches could fall in a short period of time.
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will result in flash flooding.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by tropical rain bands.

At 940 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated bands of rain showers
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 4 and 6 inches
of rain with localized amounts over 8 inches have fallen in the past
24 hours. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches will quickly
fall in a short period of time with the heavier rain bands.
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will result in flash flooding.
