Wisconsin, south central Wisconsin and southeast Wisconsin.

Breezy southwest to west winds will gust to 30 to 45 mph today
into this evening. The highest wind gusts will occur from
Milwaukee to Darlington and south to the Illinois border.

Rivers will continue to rise with several in minor flood stage.

Minor river flooding will continue.

Sheboygan Wisconsin to Winthrop Harbor Illinois.

A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect from Port Washington to
Sheboygan until 7 AM.

A Small Craft Advisory is in effect from Port Washington to
Sheboygan until 7 PM. A Small Craft Advisory is in effect from
Port Washington to Winthrop harbor until 11 AM, when a Gale
Warning goes into effect until 7 PM. Breezy southwest to west
winds are expected. A Small Craft Advisory will then likely be
needed from Sheboygan to Winthrop Harbor for much of tonight.

A Gale Warning is in effect for the south half of the lake from
7 AM until 10 PM for southwest to west gales.

Areas of dense fog are expected over northern and central Lake
Michigan today. A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect until 7 AM for
central Lake Michigan, and until 1 PM for northern Lake Michigan.
The dense fog may continue through the afternoon for northern Lake
Michigan.
