Another hot and humid afternoon will lead to peak heat indices around 100 degrees. Use caution if working outdoors, wear light and loose clothing, and drink plenty of water. Scattered thunderstorms are expected again this afternoon and evening with frequent lightning, heavy rainfall, and gusty winds. The strongest storms may produce localized flash flooding and isolated instances of damaging wind. A few instances of hail may also be possible. Isolated storms will be possible overnight as well. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday. Isolated thunderstorms are expected again Thursday, with a better storm chance Friday as weak low pressure affects the lower Ohio Valley. Another weather system will cause another round of scattered thunderstorms on Sunday. Expect heavy rainfall that could lead to localized flooding, brief strong wind gusts, and frequent lightning at times. Maximum heat indices will continue to reach around 100 for many locations Thursday afternoon. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... The storms are nearly stationary.

storms.
