  West Central Gwinnett County in north central Georgia...

* Until 1045 PM EDT Monday.

* At 436 PM EDT, Heavy rain has led to rapid rises on area creeks 
  and streams including Crooked Creek near Norcross. Flash flooding 
  is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Sandy Springs, Roswell, Dunwoody, Norcross and Mechanicsville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
