Isaias will be tracking up the eastern seaboard with light to
moderate rain developing today. Storm total rainfall will range from
1 to 2.5 inches across Saint Lawrence Valley and portions of the
western Adirondacks. Localized sharp rises on streams and rivers are
expected overnight Tuesday into Wednesday.
