HERKIMER AND NORTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTIES...

At 413 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Springfield, or
near Cooperstown, moving northeast at 40 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with this storm.
