  Southern Delaware County in northeastern Oklahoma...

* Until 215 AM CDT.
    
* At 151 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing a tornado 
  were located 7 miles southeast of Spavinaw and 2 miles north of 
  Leach, moving east at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
