by Saturday afternoon. Slick travel is possible Saturday morning,
with localized flooding a possibility as the rain develops.

Rain will change over to snow late Saturday night and into Sunday,
with light to moderate accumulations possible through Sunday.

In addition, very cold air will infiltrate the area by Sunday into
Sunday night. This combined with gusty winds may necessitate the
need for wind chill headlines.
