...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WITH FREQUENT LIGHTNING WILL AFFECT CENTRAL 
OCEAN AND EAST CENTRAL BURLINGTON COUNTIES...

At 232 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Old Halfway, or
15 miles southwest of Toms River, moving south at 10 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Brookville, Warren Grove, Old Halfway, Penn State Forest, Beach Haven
West, Manahawkin and Ocean Acres.

This includes Garden State Parkway between mile markers 62 and 67.
 
Torrential rainfall is also occurring, and may cause localized 
flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
