At 113 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Morganville, or 10 miles south of Perth Amboy. The storm is nearly stationary. Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with this storm. Locations impacted include... Old Bridge, Marlboro, Holmdel, Matawan, Robertsville, Morganville, Brownville, Lincroft and Strathmore. This includes Garden State Parkway between mile markers 113 and 116. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
