  Southwestern Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1000 PM EDT.

* At 657 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the
  areas of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  East Stroudsburg, Stormville, Reeders, Brodheadsville, Gilbert,
  Delaware Water Gap, McMichael, Sun Valley, Jonas, Stroudsburg,
  Arlington Heights, Effort, Merwinsburg and Bartonsville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
