While the threat for widespread severe weather has ended, a few isolated strong to marginally severe thunderstorms will remain possible generally east of the I-135 corridor. Furthermore, pockets of street flooding and rural low-land flooding will remain possible areawide through the night. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday A more significant risk for widespread heavy rainfall, including flash flooding, is expected on Monday afternoon and especially Monday night into Tuesday morning. Severe storms will also be possible later on Monday, especially across southern Kansas. Periodic chances for thunderstorms will continue from Wednesday afternoon through Friday.
