was located over Statham, or near Winder, moving northeast at 45 mph.

         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

Statham, Arcade, Bogart, Athens-Clarke County, Westgate Park, Bear
Creek Reservoir and Oconee Heights.

Jefferson, moving northeast at 40 mph.
