  tornado was located over Evans, moving northeast at 65 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree

was located near Clarks Hill Recreation Area, or 9 miles north of
Evans, moving north at 55 mph.
